THE SHORT VERSION
Two mailboxes, both read by the studio: support for players, contact for everything else (sites, press, business, privacy requests and the Privacy Officer). Pick the one that fits and we answer within two business days. No phone line, no personal addresses, and we never send from an address you cannot reply to.
Where to write
Automated mail from the arcade (sign-in codes, receipts) is sent by the platform that handles it; replying reaches [email protected].
By post

Business address only. We do not publish personal addresses or phone numbers, and we never ask players for theirs.

They are for news; please do not send personal information, account details or reports about another player by direct message.
